5 flavors, comes in single, 4pk and 10pk tubes
Drop 1 or more in 4oz to 12 oz of water or you favorite drink. (Milk, energy drinks, soda). But be careful of the additional fizz from carbonated beverages. Drink it fast or slow to microdose.
Place on your tongue(all or a piece)to dissolve or chew to release the fizz.
